Coordinate customer service and sales orders for all Key Accounts.
Coordinate Key Accounts orders, delivery sales info, reports and logistics queries.
Handle difficult enquiries or complaints from key account customers.
Helping and advising Key Account customers by telephone, e-mail and occasionally face-to-face.
Develop and maintain a complete functional understanding of SAP and reporting tools.
Responsive to the needs and daily communication with the Key Account customers.
Communicate within Marchon local and international offices.
Responsible for performance reporting.
Preparation of business reports / coordinate reports.
Preparation of customer and brand sales analysis and customer turnover performance.
Support regular business meetings with Key Account Manager / buyer of allocated accounts.
Customer stock management.
Assisting Key Account customers when composing a new assortment.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Sales/ Marketing /Finance/ Business Administration/ Economics
Fluent in French, fluent in English and preferably proficient in Dutch
Excellent skills in Excel (Advanced) and experience with SAP
Excellent analytical and process oriented skills
years working experience in a comparable (international) role
A proven track record in analyzing data and to set up reports
Customer focus and is action oriented
Fast thinking, able to multi-task and able to deal with ambiguity
Great negotiation skills and has strong problem-solving skills
Good time management skills and composure (stress tolerance)
Able to set priorities
